The vaginal muscles can become weakened by age, difficult/multiple vaginal deliveries and after menopause. If the bladder is affected it can lead to an inability to control urine. Some women may also complain of a weak pelvis and lower backache. As vaginal weakness can reduce or remove sensation during intercourse, it can also affect your sex life.
